How to create a WebMoney electronic wallet. How to create an electronic wallet (Yandex, WebMoney, Qiwi) for free? Create an electronic wallet with withdrawal to

The electronic payment system is money transfers over the Internet. Unlike bank cards VISA or MASTER CARD, these transfers are carried out outside bank control. To store this money, special identification cells are created - electronic wallets. In this article we will talk about what electronic wallets are, how to create them, how to deposit and withdraw money and what their essence is.

What is an Electronic Wallet

Currently, an electronic wallet is the tool with which you can live a full life without having a regular wallet. The only difference is that the unit of payment is not real pieces of paper, but electronic money, which is placed on the balance sheet of certain organizations - electronic money operators. Within such a structure, a wallet with a unique identifier is created for each client, in which funds will be stored - real money, only in electronic form, like a VISA card.

Accounts in electronic payment systems ( EPS) open in any currencies ( rubles, dollars, euros, etc.), separate accounts can be opened on your account in different currencies, and conversion between them will take place at the bank rate. In essence, this is the same money, but it is valid only on the Internet, where all its circulation takes place. They can be expressed in different currencies and can be successfully exchanged for real money.

Any payment system has its own commission for carrying out certain operations. In fact, this is their main income.

The essence of electronic wallets

The global electronic payment system has the breadth and functionality of a banking system, which represents the basis of the economy of any state. Now all Internet businesses and online commerce work only thanks to such a service. The most popular representatives of this trend are QIWI, WebMoney, Yandex.Money, Skrill (Moneybookers), PayPal and some others.

The essence of electronic wallets is that they allow you not only to pay for a product or service, but also to earn money, receive money and transfer it. The system of all electronic payment systems works according to the scheme of input/output of funds, which allows you to perform various settlement operations and turn electronic funds into tangible ones.

  • There are a huge number of people online who earn income from freelance activities, which are paid remotely electronically.
  • Someone makes money by exchanging money, for example, you need to transfer funds from WebMoney to Yandex.Money.
  • If you start a website and make money from advertising, then most likely the money will come to you in an electronic wallet that you specify yourself.

Even if you don’t work on the Internet, you may find an electronic wallet useful when making purchases; for example, guitar courses can be purchased through the Yandex.Money system.

How and which e-wallet to choose

Before choosing an electronic wallet from a particular provider of electronic currency services, you need to familiarize yourself with their capabilities and advantages. Each payment system is characterized by the degree of ease of use, functionality, and scale of application.

For many users, the best e-wallet is the one that registers quickly and clearly, and whose functions for depositing/withdrawing funds are arranged in the most uncomplicated and accessible way.

What does prevalence mean?

Here we are talking about the number of Internet resources that accept the currency of a specific EPS for payment, as well as payment terminals that work with it; in general, the more popular the EPS, the more widely you can use it.

Well, functionality, this includes everything related to the set of tools for working with the wallet and additional options. These are, first of all, methods of depositing/withdrawing funds, the possible currency of the electronic wallet, the operation of security systems, active support service, commission, etc.

To determine which e-wallet is best, consider how and where you want to use it. In some cases, it is better to create a wallet in several payment systems.

Moreover, there are no fees for its creation and maintenance.

Why do you need an electronic wallet?

How to create an electronic wallet

Once the electronic system has been selected, you can proceed to registering your wallet. To do this, you will need a scan of your passport and a few minutes of time.

Each electronic payment service provider has its own website, QIWI has https://qiwi.com, WebMoney has https://www.webmoney.ru, PayPal has https://www.paypal.com/ru, Yandex.Money is https://money.yandex.ru, etc. Actually, these are the most popular payment systems in the post-Soviet space.

By following the link, you will be taken to the main page, where you have access to the item “ registration" or " create a wallet" To receive an electronic wallet, you need to register an account by entering all the required information about yourself in the form. Here, depending on the EPS, you may need your full name, passport details, telephone number, email address - it is important to enter real information, a valid email address and telephone number, since they will receive codes to confirm transfers, and this is also for your safety.

If all fields are filled out correctly, all you have to do is click the “ create", after which the system will ask you to confirm the operation with the code from the message or activate the link sent to your e-mail. After final confirmation of all information, the account is activated and the owner receives a unique number for his wallet.

Even if the wallet has already been created, it would be useful to once again familiarize yourself with the EPS tariffs. As we have already said, servicing and creating a payment account is a free and unlimited procedure, but transferring money comes with a percentage or fixed commission.

We’ve already decided how to create an electronic wallet, and now let’s figure out how to use it. Let's look at the main functionality for depositing and withdrawing money and transfers.

How to top up an e-wallet

If the steps to create an electronic wallet were needed only to receive a reward for working on the Internet, then you can skip this point. Although in this case such information will not be superfluous. So, after the e-wallet has been opened, you can top it up. The following options are available for this:

  • Top up your e-wallet with cash payment. You need to go to the nearest payment acceptance point or terminal, where a formal exchange of currency for electronic money will be carried out and credited to your wallet account.
  • Top up your e-wallet with a payment card. You need to buy it at your nearest point of sale ( kiosks, mobile operator offices, shops, etc.) card from the desired electronic service provider and activate it in your account, following the prompts. But upon purchase, the seller’s commission is added to the card’s face value. Therefore, this is not the cheapest method and, frankly, inconvenient.
  • Enter funds into your e-wallet using a card or Bank transaction . Here you need to use the card in a terminal that performs this function and transfer money. Although you can trust the work of Internet banking, such as Sberbank online, and make a transfer on this site. Also, right on the website of your EPS, you can top up money from your card online by simply following the instructions. If you need a bank transfer, then in your personal account you can get the details for replenishing your electronic account.
  • You can use the services of another payment system through special exchangers, for example - bestchange.ru.

Payment by electronic wallets

After the electronic wallet has been topped up, these funds can be used. Payments in virtual banknotes are accepted by websites of various online stores. They are used to pay for mobile communications, loans, utilities and other services. Most users use EPS instead of bank accounts, accepting transfers for services provided or goods sold. For example, you sold a nesting doll to Canada, the buyer paid you via PayPal - you did not need to show him your details, first name, last name, phone number... At the same time, the Canadian did not have to show you his bank card information.

In general, such functions ensure the popularity of these payment systems, because they provide enormous opportunities for mutual settlements online, without leaving home.

How to withdraw money from an electronic wallet

Withdrawing money from electronic wallets can be done “zero” or partially. To do this, you can use the following methods:

  • Withdraw money to a bank card. In order to instantly withdraw money from an electronic wallet to this card, you need to add it to your account in your EPS personal account. Often, to confirm the authenticity of the card, the system charges 1 cent from it with a note on the transfer in which it sends a confirmation code. You can find out this information from your bank or through your Internet banking account.
  • Withdraw funds by bank transfer. This item is more complex, but in terms of commission the most economical (about 1%). You need to create a payment order indicating all the necessary account details. The disadvantage is the speed of withdrawal, since the application is processed within three days, and the bank transfer itself can take up to 7 days.
  • Use the services of electronic payment points or terminals. For this operation, you need to obtain a password in your account in advance. The commission will be about 3-5%.
  • You can cash out money at the EPS office itself, especially this will not be a problem for residents of large cities where such offices are concentrated. For example, on the WebMoney website you can find out the addresses of certified points for withdrawing money in all cities around the world.

And so, you found out how to create your own e-wallet in the three most popular payment systems. I hope I have answered one of your most frequently asked questions. Work and may your wallets always be full to capacity.

An electronic money system is a system in which certain virtual units are circulated, which can be used for all kinds of payments on the Internet. Initially, Internet providers and mobile operators became interested in the electronic money market. Nowadays, almost every online store accepts electronic payments. Even utilities, fines, and various fees can be paid via the Internet, since online payment services have been developed. Thus, customers are spared the need to waste time in queues waiting.

Why are web wallets created?

An electronic wallet is convenient for people who make money on the Internet: these are freelancers, people working remotely, and citizens with disabilities. This is especially convenient in cases where the customer of the work is located at a considerable distance from the contractor. An alternative to electronic money is bank cards, but issuing them is a longer and more complex process. It is not uncommon for commercial companies to start e-wallets.

Absolutely anyone can open an electronic wallet. This does not require significant time expenditure, collecting a package of documents, or concluding an agreement. It is enough to register on one of the sites offering electronic storage services. Some of the most popular and in demand are Webmoney, Qiwi, PayPal, Yandex.Money.

The registration process is extremely simple and understandable even for a beginner on the Internet. It is worth paying attention to such a moment as indicating reliable contact information. This will allow you to link a bank card to your account in the future and withdraw funds through service offices. Another important nuance when registering is the most complex password to protect your funds from intruders. It would also be wise to link your account to your cell phone number. This will allow you to recover your password if you lose it.

Using a web wallet

Well, we’ve decided how to create an electronic wallet, what next? Funds can be received from other wallets or a bank card. Or the account can be topped up through a payment terminal. Please note that a commission is charged for any operation. As a rule, it ranges from 1% to 5% of the transfer amount.

You can pay with electronic money for both goods and services. This is especially convenient if the seller is located in another city or even region. As a rule, payment is received within a few minutes. All transactions remain in the system’s memory, so if necessary, it will always be easy to prove the fact of payment. When you accumulate a certain amount on your web wallet, you may need to cash out the funds. This can be done either through service offices or using a bank card, from where they can then be withdrawn through an ATM.

Safety

No payment system can guarantee complete protection of funds. And although fraudulent actions are the exception rather than the rule, such cases do occur. Today, there are a number of tools that allow you to maximize the security of money transactions carried out on the Internet. Most payment systems use SMS confirmation. Due to this, it is impossible to use an electronic wallet without having access to a mobile phone that was linked to the wallet. You can register in the Webmoney system using your fingerprints.

In addition to the existing system algorithms, you yourself need to take a number of measures to protect your electronic wallet. You can protect your web wallet yourself by using the official version of the antivirus and regularly checking your computer for viruses. It is better not to save your wallet login and password in your browser history. It is advisable to choose the most complex password possible before creating an electronic wallet. You should not store your username and password for logging into the system in one file.

Webmoney wallet

Many novice freelancers are puzzled by how to create a Webmoney electronic wallet. Registration of an electronic wallet is completely free, as is its content. There is no annual subscription fee. Therefore, you can have such a wallet even just in case if you have no plans to use it. To register for Webmoney, you need an electronic mailbox. Therefore, if there is none, you will have to create one. To manage your e-wallet, you will be offered a choice of 4 programs: Mini, Classic, Light, Mobile. It is better to choose Classic, as this option is the most convenient and full-featured compared to the others. Even if you choose Mini, you will still have to switch to Classic later. The next stage of registration will be filling out the form. All items in the form that are highlighted in bold are required to be completed.

Registration procedure

You must provide reliable data in order to prove, if necessary, that the wallet belongs to you. After entering all the necessary data, the Webmoney system checks the specified email address and phone number. Then you need to download and install the selected program on your computer. Then you need to enter the code received by email. As a result, the user is assigned a personal WMID. This is a unique number in the Webmoney system, consisting of 12 digits. Performs the login function when logging into the system. Registration in the system is completed, you can start creating a wallet.

The first step is to launch Keeper Classic. To enter the program you need to enter your password and WMID. Then in the “Wallets” tab you need to select the “Create” option. You will have to choose the type of wallet and come up with a name for it. To conduct transactions on the Internet, you will mainly need ruble and dollar wallets. Having figured out how to create a WebMoney electronic wallet, you need to take care of saving the necessary information. Data that must be saved or remembered: login and e-mail, as well as password to enter the site, WMID, password to enter the program, electronic wallet numbers.

Qiwi wallet

Another equally popular site for registering an electronic wallet is Qiwi. How to create a Qiwi e-wallet? When you log into the site, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and password to log in on the home page. To the left of this field is a link to register a new user. You need to enter your phone number and the symbols shown in the picture. Having accepted the terms of the offer, you click the “Registration” button. After entering the temporary password, you can replace it with a more convenient and complex one. In your personal account, you can pay for services and become more familiar with the functions of the payment system.

Greetings, dear friend! Have I not yet completely intimidated you with either the upcoming “superhuman” efforts to master copywriting skills or the threats of almost free work “for an idea”?

She promised a “school”, that is, a greenhouse, almost greenhouse conditions, but what actually happened? - you have the right to think.

Calmly! You know that any seedlings or seedlings must be hardened off before planting in the soil. This significantly increases the chances of young sprouts to survive. We will assume that the first two posts from the “School” section were these hardening procedures. And now it’s time to prepare for landing on Freelance, that is, on text exchanges. But before that, some organizational issues need to be resolved.

When registering on any of the text exchanges, you, my friend, will be asked for details of electronic payment systems for withdrawing your earned money. Therefore, today we will deal with a very specific matter: we will find out how to create an electronic wallet, and which payment system to use for this.

I recommend that you register with two electronic “banks” - Webmoney and Qiwi, because most copywriting exchanges cooperate with them. Why two at once? Because we live in a very unpredictable country, where various force majeure circumstances occur. Let one of the ways to withdraw money from the exchange be a backup one. Among copywriters there are fans of both payment systems. And for me, that would be something to deduce...

Let's take a closer look at the procedure for registering e-money wallets for each of the systems.

How to get a walletWebmoney?

To enter the official website of the system, type “webmoney” in the search bar of your browser; it will be the first in the results.

We make the transition and get to the main page of the site. In the “Individuals” section there is information about what goods and services can be paid for with electronic money. Believe me, this is a very convenient feature. It is worth reading it in detail. For example, I use WebMoney to pay for electricity, communications and make all utility payments. In addition, I use my e-wallet when purchasing goods in online stores, air tickets, booking and paying for hotels. On the same page there is information about ways to withdraw money from webmoney. But now we are interested in the yellow button in the upper right corner of the screen - “registration”.

We begin the procedure by entering your mobile phone number. Not a city phone, mind you, only a cell phone - in international format, that is, from +7. There are still articles gathering dust on the Internet about how you can register without entering a phone number. This is outdated information. You will manage your finances using your mobile phone, so the number must be actually valid.

Click on the “continue” button and proceed to entering personal information. Here everything must also correspond to the passport data. You understand that you are not registering on some gaming portal - therefore, no “nicknames”. The e-mail should not be from some mailbox littered with spam, but one that you actively use. You will select a security question from the drop-down list. Whether you allow the service to flood your email with news about promotions and other things is up to you. But without the last tick about consent to the processing of personal data, you will not be able to register. So agree and move on to step three.

At this stage, you will need to enter the code that you will receive from SMS in a special field. Enter the code very carefully: the number of attempts is limited. I won’t be able to show you screenshots anymore, since I already have WebMoney wallets, and I can’t get them a second time. But everything is already simple there.

Next, you will come up with a very complex password (preferably using uppercase and uppercase letters, as well as uppercase numbers and symbols). Please note that you cannot use your common passwords from email, Odnoklassniki or VK. Let this be a special password only for WebMoney. And remember that you can and should only write it down for memory on paper, and not in some Word file. You will use your phone number as your login to log into the system.

Registration is coming to an end. All that remains is to choose the currency. Create WMR (ruble) and WMZ (dollar) wallets right away. If you work, for example, at Advego, then “green” is in use there. On the Text.ru and Miratext exchanges, authors are paid in rubles. In this window, do not forget to check the box that you agree to the license agreement. And let's move on.

The next screen will show both of your wallets and the twelve-digit numbers below them. These are the bank details that you will have to provide when “entering” the content exchanges. It is convenient to link a bank card to electronic wallets - one or as many as you like. This way you can withdraw cash from WebMoney.

QIWI payment system(Qiwi)

It won’t be difficult for you to create a Qiwi wallet. It's even easier than in Webmoney. Registration is carried out by phone number. Nothing more is needed. More precisely, it is not required for the “anonymous” status, which will be enough for you for now.

I won’t show you screenshots with detailed explanations, because all you need to do is enter your phone number and the number from the picture. In the next step, come up with a complex password that is not repeated on other Internet resources and enter the code from the SMS message. That's all! You have a qiwi wallet. His details are your phone number. And if you order a QIWI Visa Plastic card from the service (with free service, by the way), then you won’t need to rack your brains about how to cash out money from a Qiwi wallet.

This card is absolutely equivalent to any other Visa. You can use it to pay in Russia and abroad, and withdraw cash from ATMs. I also really like the ability to order additional cards (up to 5 pieces) linked to one account. That is, you can order a card for your child, put small amounts there for pocket expenses with the ability to control them.

That's all, actually. Now you are ready to “land” on Freelance. In the next article I will tell you more about the exchanges where I recommend you register. In the meantime, get yourself some wallets and learn more about the functionality of payment systems. At first, very little money will “drip” there, so you don’t risk anything. You will have time to get comfortable in order to handle your finances with confidence.

And lastly... Please write in the comments if the article helped you? Were you able to register your wallets? If you have any questions, ask here. I will definitely answer.

See you soon, GALANT.

The popularity of electronic money is growing. With their help, you can pay remotely for services provided, pay for purchases on the Internet, and receive funds for work done. In order to be able to use this tool, you must have an electronic wallet. And although creating it is quite simple: you need to figure out how to create an electronic wallet and where it can be done.

What is an electronic wallet, and what services exist today that allow you to create one?

An electronic wallet means a special program with which the user can store his money and perform various manipulations with it. In fact, this is a kind of analogue of a bank account. Funds stored in such a wallet can be transferred to the required account within a few minutes.

Today there are a large number of services on the market that provide similar services. The most popular among citizens of the country are three services:

  • WebMoney;
  • "Yandex money";
  • QIWI.

The difference between the systems lies in the currencies they work with, the features they provide, and the fees. When choosing a specific service, a citizen needs to focus on why he needs an electronic wallet, in what currency he is going to store the funds and how he will use them.

Creating a wallet in WebMoney

One of the most popular services is the WebMoney system. Users can store funds in several currencies. The company began its work in 1998, having managed to acquire a solid customer base during its presence on the market. Opening a wallet in this system is easy. To do this, you must follow the instructions:

Since new users are assigned a formal certificate, they can only use the Keeper Mini service at first. After entering it, you need to opposite the menu "Wallets" click on «+» . After creating a wallet (you need to select a currency and agree to the terms by checking the box), you can start using it.

A formal certificate comes with certain restrictions. If the user needs to expand the functionality of his wallet, he must go through the certification procedure. After this, it will be possible to obtain a higher level certificate.

"Yandex money"

A little later, another similar service was launched - Yandex.Money. This happened in 2002. Like WebMoney, Yandex today has a large number of regular users. However, unlike the previous service, Yandex allows you to store currency only in rubles. Therefore, the advisability of its use by persons who need to store funds in another currency is questionable. You can open an electronic wallet in the system as follows:

  1. Register a mailbox. If there is already one in the Yandex system, go through the authorization procedure.
  2. After this, the user will be transferred to his personal page. At the top there are items: Maps, Videos and More. You must click on the item "More" and go to the section "Money".
  3. In chapter "Money" you need to select an item “Open wallet.”
  4. First of all, the user will be asked for a cell phone number. In the future, it will be possible to restore access to your wallet if you lose your login or password.
  5. In the next part of the questionnaire, you will need to enter the code that was sent to your mobile phone, indicate your email address, and also agree to the terms of use.
  6. After all fields have been filled in, you must click on “Open wallet.” Accordingly, after this action, the user will be assigned a separate electronic wallet, which he can use for his own purposes.

Previously, the registration procedure could be completed without using a cell phone, but this option was removed due to the need to improve the security of funds stored in wallets.

QIWI e-wallet

Even younger is the Qiwi payment system, founded in 2007. A notable feature of the service is the presence of many terminals in different cities of Russia, through which you can access your own funds. That is, even if there are problems with the Internet, the user can still use their funds using the nearest terminal.

Registering with the Qiwi service is quite simple. To do this you need:

The wallet number corresponds to the mobile number. It is possible to use four different currencies, including tenge, dollar, ruble. The service charges a commission of two percent for its services. However, previous systems also charge money for making payments.

Thus, before creating an electronic wallet, the user needs to decide on the purpose of opening it. The choice of a specific system will depend on them. Today there are a large number of electronic payment systems that provide similar services, but the most popular are three services: WebMoney, Qiwi, and Yandex.Money. The procedure for registering and creating a wallet is quite simple, just follow the instructions given above.
